| ½ cup (scant) low-fat mayonnaise | 1 clove garlic, minced |
| ¼ cup finely cut chives or green onions | 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice |
| 1 Tbs. tarragon vinegar | salt and freshly ground black pepper |
| ½ cup (generous) non-fat yogurt |
Blend all ingredients.
Use on raw veggies, smoked fish, Burlington pita, cabbage with tonkatsu, lots of other things.
